Design Intent
The recently released 'Top 100 World Trade Shows 2025' shows that China has set a new historical high with 28 seats, while exhibitions such as the Shanghai International Automotive Industry Expo and Canton Fair remain at the forefront of the world. For the first time, exhibitions in central and western cities have been shortlisted, marking the transition of China's exhibition industry from 'scale expansion' to 'value creation'. The list also reveals two core trends in booth design: green construction and digital integration.
Currently, over 70% of large-scale exhibitions require a material recycling rate of ≥ 90%. Modular design has become the mainstream choice for top exhibitions such as the Shanghai Auto Show due to its advantages of reusability and efficient construction (80% of special booths adopt it); On the other hand, digital configurations such as AR booths, interactive LED floor screens, and intelligent navigation systems have become standard. The combination of international design language and local cultural symbols can increase the international customer conversion rate of exhibiting companies by 40% compared to the industry average. This trend requires exhibition service providers to possess both the technical capabilities for green construction and the innovative integration capabilities for digital scenarios.
